Job description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse operations in Dallas, Texas
In this role, you will:
โ€ข Receive shipments, sign off on paperwork upon receipt, ensure shipment is correct and undamaged by sorting and inspecting contents
โ€ข Package and process shipping documentation and customs forms for Teltonika deliveries to customers
โ€ข Maintain and update inventory records as necessary
โ€ข Proactively monitor shipping supplies and place replenishment orders in a timely manner
โ€ข Use MS Excel and other tools to create reports related to inventory status and availability
โ€ข Put away stock items in designated areas
โ€ข Maintain a clean and organized workspace (including breaking down cardboard/sweeping floor etc.)
โ€ข Contribute to SOP revisions/process improvement projects
โ€ข Other tasks as assigned
What we expect of you:
โ€ข Education in Supply Chain Management/Logistics OR previous experience in a logistics/warehouse role
โ€ข Excellent command of written and spoken English
โ€ข Able to lift and move items up to 10kg
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
โ€ข Well organized and detail-oriented
โ€ข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
