Part Time On Site Insurance Sales Position

We provide Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, and other insurances in the city of Orange and surrounding areas. This position offers a clear pathway to a full-time Insurance Sales role, including expanded responsibilities, increased earning potential, and career development opportunities within the agency.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a Personal Lines insurance license who are looking to grow within the insurance industry. The position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate personal lines products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and referrals
  • Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the agency management system

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Work at least 20 hours a week
  • 2+ years of experience in Insurance Sales
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goals

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
