Job Title: Part-Time Insurance Support Assistant

Location: East Memphis, Tennessee

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Part-Time Support Assistant to help serve our clients with their estate and financial planning needs. Life and group health insurance experience required. Current license preferred.


Practice specializes in business succession planning, retirement planning, managed money, and employee benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering excellent client support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the senior advisor
  • Assist with client scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and update client files in compliance with industry and regulatory standards
  • Prepare paperwork for new accounts, account transfers, and service requests
  • Support ongoing client service needs, including beneficiary updates, address changes, and policy reviews
  • Coordinate and track business processing and outstanding requirements
  • Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Life and Health Insurance license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
