Job description

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Engineer

Purpose: The incumbent is a member of the Pymed Healthcare Solutions Revenue Department, responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting Pymed's healthcare technology solutions. The role requires experience in enterprise healthcare software sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare decision-makers. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, while working closely with internal teams to drive customer success and business growth.

Main Duties:

a) Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies and sales campaigns.

b) Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of prospective clients.

c) Solution Presentation and Demonstration

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Pymed Technologies' software solutions.
  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each prospective client.
  • Provide technical and business expertise to clients during the sales process.
  • Get the specific feedback and solution needs of the clients through the sales process for product customizations to meet the real needs of the clients.

d) Sales Negotiation and Closing

  • Lead complex sales negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

e) Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client healthcare organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

f) Market and Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Pymed's software solutions and their applications within the healthcare industry.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare software market.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

g) Reporting and Analytics

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer data, sales activities, and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities and results.

h) Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Translate the problems and pain points of the clients at any sales process as the solution and present this as the product roadmap for implementation and delivery to the clients.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Information Systems and Technologies, Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on healthcare solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ambition and willingness to grow current responsibilities to the next level.
  • Need to travel and go outside the office regularly as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Payment and Benefits:

  • Commencing employment as a Sales Consultant Contractor with an hourly payment rate of $25.00-$35.00 plus a 12% commission per successful deal.
  • Average working hours: 20 hours per week for the first 6 months.
  • The successful Sales Consultant Contractor for the full-time employment contract will get payment: $75,000.00-95,000.00 p.a.
  • And the benefits are:
    • 1.5% commission on direct-sale recurring revenue for the duration of employment.
