Assistant Account Officer – Corporate Banking Bilingual Chinese

Are you looking to launch or grow your career in corporate banking? Join our team and take an active role in building meaningful client relationships, structuring impactful credit solutions, and working on sophisticated U.S. syndicated and bilateral lending transactions.


What You'll Do

  • Originate and manage corporate loan and credit facilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals for approval
  • Partner with agent banks on syndicated loan opportunities
  • Onboard clients and ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, BSA/AML, OFAC)
  • Monitor borrower performance and coordinate transaction closings


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in credit, lending, or corporate banking
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial statements
  • Knowledge of syndicated loan structures and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Chinese fluency is a plus
