Position Summary:
A SPENGA Member Success Sales Associate is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. This person will greet members and prospective members, maintain a clean studio, and assist new members in signing up for memberships. This person should be excited about fitness and have a desire to help people improve their health and fitness.
We are looking for someone who has availability Monday/Wednesday/Friday , 9am-1:30 pm, and Tuesday/Thursday 9am-11 am. Additional availability is also beneficial. Please include your available hours when applying. We also have a mandatory team training (usually virtual) on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Strong management and leadership abilities
  • Previous sales experience is preferred; preferably high-end goods or services or fitness
  • Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

  • Experience and passion for group fitness is highly desired.
Responsibilities:

  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
  • Maintain clean facility
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
