Join our dedicated team in Ocala, FL, as a part-time Clinic Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist for our Health Psychology department! You'll be the welcoming face and central point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure.

As the heart of our clinic's front office, you'll manage patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions throughout their visit. Your attention to detail in data entry, insurance verification, and payment collection will be essential to our efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first and last impression for our valued patients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Required).
