Our organization is actively looking to hire a full-time General Urologist for our Urology office located in Troy, NY. This presents a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and expanding practice.

The practice is situated at 2231 Burdett Avenue, Troy, NY, and is backed by a robust network of primary care physicians and specialists. In response to ongoing growth and increasing patient needs, we are eager to welcome an additional urologist to our team.

Our Urology office provides exceptional, innovative, and comprehensive urological services in both outpatient and hospital environments. The range of services includes treatment for enlarged prostate, urinary tract and prostate cancers, voiding dysfunctions, kidney stone management, sexual dysfunction, urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, urologic oncology, and more.

Position Highlights

Surgeries are conducted at Samaritan Hospital, which offers robotic capabilities and scheduled block time.

  • Employed position within the hospital
  • Extensive primary care referral network
  • Utilization of EPIC EMR system
  • High-volume practice with significant earning potential based on RVUs
  • Call rotation of 1:4
Compensation Package

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

  • Competitive base salary with potential earnings from RVUs and quality metrics, with a starting salary range of $510,000 to $555,000
  • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
  • A $100,000 bonus package, which includes a $50,000 signing bonus
  • Relocation support
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Paid malpractice insurance, including coverage for tail liability after employment
  • An annual CME allowance of $4,500
