Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Marketing Associate to support our Marketing team with daily operations, physician marketing initiatives, digital marketing coordination, events, and administrative projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments while helping drive patient and physician engagement.

 Job Duties & Essential Functions:

  • Prepare patient and physician mailing lists and coordinate outreach communications.
  • Design, update, and order marketing collateral, referral forms, and promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing inventory through the Bradley Marketing portal.
  • Coordinate marketing and signage requests from physician offices, including tracking production, shipping, and installation.
  • Update website landing pages for promotions, recruitment, and campaigns.
  • Track marketing projects, physician onboarding/offboarding, events, and promotions in ClickUp.
  • Respond to and escalate Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints.
  • Perform routine website quality assurance, including monitoring booking links, redirects, and other website functionality.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments requiring escalation or follow-up.
  • Monitor Sprout Social to verify scheduled posts, resolve publishing issues, and upload approved content.
  • Coordinate website updates, SEO requests, paid search initiatives, and campaign landing pages with external marketing partners.
  • Notify the CRM Manager of digital marketing or platform issues.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for key vendors, including National Strategic, CheckedUp, Podium, and Bradley Marketing.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for physician onboarding, departures, website updates, and Google Business Profile approvals.
  • Support the planning and execution of symposiums, events, and other marketing initiatives.

 Required Qualifications:

  •  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  •  2+ years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with ClickUp, website content management systems, Sprout Social, SEO, Google BusinessProfile, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines.

Salary Range:

  • $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 

  • 3 days/per week

Temporary Assignment Duration:

  • August 2026 – December 2026
