The Administrative Traveling Assistant assists a very busy CEO in the daily operation of the company by providing general administrative and personal support . This position travels close to 60% of the time both nationally and internationally.

What You'll Do
  • Interfacing with medical professionals at trade shows and hospital visits.
  • Participate in new product labs/demos.
  • Coordinate and organize aspects of the CEO's personal life including running errands.
  • Manage calendar and daily scheduling.
  • Receive incoming communication and route appropriately.
  • Manage multiple projects and provide timely follow-up.
  • Attend meetings and take notes.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with distributors, channel partners, synergistic businesses, suppliers, and customers.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Serve as liaison with professional contacts, family, and friends.
  • Assist in vetting applicants, hiring, and firing.
  • Produce weekly reports and communications with executive leadership.
  • Research various items and information

Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive disposition is a must to act as liaison between business partners.
  • Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to dive in and welcome the unknown.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be open to working some Saturdays with the labs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Someone wanting to have fun!!

Education and Experience:
  • Two plus years of recent experience in an C-suite assistant role is preferred.
  • College Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Medical experience a plus, but not required
