Job Description The Role: Personal Assistant to Tech Founder (Contract-to-Hire) Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Compensation: $100K-$150K base DOE Industry: Venture-Backed Technology About the Opportunity: We are partnering with an innovative technology founder to identify a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant who enjoys creating order behind the scenes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives supporting a fast-moving executive, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in making someone else's life run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and a no-task-too-small mentality.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term partnership. Responsibilities: Manage the founder's personal calendar, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling. Coordinate personal errands, purchases, gifting, and special requests.

Research, source, and oversee vendors, contractors, and household service providers. Arrange personal travel, reservations, and detailed itineraries. Assist with personal projects from planning through execution.

Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursements as needed. Coordinate maintenance, deliveries, and recurring household logistics. Liaise with vendors and other trusted partners on the founder's behalf.

Anticipate needs, create efficient processes, and proactively solve problems before they arise. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting a founder, executive, UHNW individual, or family office preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Naturally proactive with outstanding follow-through. Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities.
