This position provides instruction, manages the classroom environment, and ensures a safe, orderly, and Christ-centered learning atmosphere aligned with the philosophy and mission of Village Christian School. The substitute teacher supports students academically and behaviorally while maintaining professionalism and instructional consistency throughout the school day.

Requirements / Qualifications A bachelor's degree (four-year degree) is required. Prior experience working with students is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate effective classroom management skills, the ability to follow written lesson plans, strong communication skills, and a commitment to modeling Christian character.

A valid teaching credential is preferred but not required unless otherwise specified by assignment. Applicants must submit a completed employment application and resume reflecting educational background and relevant experience.
