We are a group of local businesses in the Wood River Valley looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to help us grow.
This role is focused on generating new opportunities for:
  • Sawtooth Wood Products (lumber, fencing, materials)

This is not a closing role. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and set qualified meetings with decision-makers.
If you are motivated by results, enjoy being out in the community, and want upside earning potential tied directly to performance, this is a strong fit.
Compensation
  • Base: $1,500 - $2,500 per month (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives:
  • Paid per qualified meeting set
  • Additional bonuses for deals that close from your pipeline

โ€ข Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
โ€ข Track all outreach, conversations, and meetings in CRM
โ€ข Develop referral relationships within the local market
โ€ข Represent our businesses professionally in the community
Qualifications
โ€ข Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
โ€ข Comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily
โ€ข Self-starter with high accountability and follow-through
โ€ข Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and leads
โ€ข Resilient and not discouraged by rejection
โ€ข Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
โ€ข Knowledge of the local Hailey/Ketchum market is a plus
โ€ข Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
