) Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part Time Business Office Assistant ,variable hours, Monday through Friday
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:
Answer telephone and take messages
Type documents as needed
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge of PA Medical Assistance Long Term Care regulations required
Acts as a positive representative for our facility
Communicates with residents and responsible parties as directed
Type correspondence, reports, etc. for Business Office Manager and other departments as needed
Greet and meet with residents and family members
Confidentiality a must
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and general computer skills required
Excellent organizational skills a must
Experience in Long Term Care preferred
