About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Part time Bakery Clerk at our Grand Central location in San Francsico. The perfect candidate will be customer service driven and flexible working various tasks from day to day. 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in receiving and unloading of merchandise, check products for quality, count and condition.
  • Keep ingredients and merchandise rotated in accordance with company policy.
  • Take inventory and stock products on shelf areas.
  • Wrap, package and price product accurately.
  • Answer phones and take special orders.
  • Bake as needed throughout the day and keep all display racks stocked.
  • Greet all customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous bakery experience preferred.
  • Ability to give exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for baking.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evening, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $20-25.95/hour+ depending on industry experience
