Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of computer networking, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting, with a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring the security and scalability of enterprise solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our digital environment and support our organizational growth.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Olathe, KS

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support across hardware, software, and network systems to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions, including SAP and microservices architectures.
  • Support UI development and UI testing efforts to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
