Job description

We're partnering with a professional organization in the Nashville area that's looking to bring on a Part-Time Receptionist to support their day-to-day office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of front desk support, administrative work, and keeping an office running smoothly.
  • Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
  • Location: Nashville, TN.
  • Type: Temp to Hire
  • Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming office experience
  • Support daily office operations including mail, packages, and general admin tasks
  • Coordinate office logistics like workspace setup, equipment needs, and seating
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies and overall organization
  • Assist with meetings and events including scheduling, setup, and catering
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
