Role: M365 Collaboration Administrator
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Memphis, TN - ( onsite/ Remote)
Contract Length - 6 months

Job Description:
M365 Collaboration Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and governance of collaboration tools within the organization. This position involves creating and maintaining Power Platform environments, ongoing cleanup of existing environments, and managing permissions, roles, and auditing. A core responsibility of this position is coordinating platform governance, including updates and enhancements to the Power Platform Center of Excellence, and monitoring resource usage to support critical applications effectively.
  • The administrator will manage app registrations for SharePoint Online, oversee content archival, and support Compliance/Information Security with access reviews and data classification.
  • Additionally, they will handle service configuration management, monitor SharePoint features, and manage third-party application add-ins.
  • The role extends to managing content sharing risks, supporting content re-organization, and providing advanced support for file sync issues, recovery, and malicious file remediation.
  • The administrator will also manage search configurations, analytics, AI Builder credits, and Copilot feature availability, as well as support the adoption of various Microsoft 365 tools and handle ownership transfers of Forms upon user account inactivation.
