About the Role:
The Pros Painting Co Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our growing team in Memphis, TN. In this dual role, you'll keeping our finances in order and our office running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
  • Prepare and track invoices, estimates, and job costing for painting projects
  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and administrative workflows
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and correspondence for office and field teams
  • Track and manage employee clock in and out times
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting and tax preparation support
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, permits, and vendor records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management
  • Proficiency in JobPower or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
