Responsibilities:
*** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with the team in China***
1. Process mail, returned goods, and voice messages, keep records and log information onto internal platforms, and/or contact the responsible team per relevant SOP.
2. Welcome & check-in visitors and guests, escort guests in office as required.
3. Follow instructions from the legal/relevant team to mail, courier, email, phone, and/or fax response.
4. Log service tickets on the internal system for time worked per relevant SOP.
5. Create, follow, and update policies and procedures related to the above areas.
6. Perform additional Admin duties/Ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional content experience, including 1+ year in UX content design, UX design, or UX research. Experience in e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a related field (e.g., communications, design, linguistics, human-computer interaction) is a plus.
  • Core skill sets include UX writing, copywriting, digital marketing, information architecture, user experience design, content management, localization management, and AI content evaluation.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management abilities.
