Nurture & Nature Applied Behavior Analysis and Consultation is an ethical, supportive, and nurturing private practice owned and operated by passionate clinicians who care about their teammates, their clients, and the effectiveness of dynamic ABA treatments. We are looking to add an experienced part-time Admin. Assistant to our Phenomenal Administration Team! In this position, you will work with the Management, Clinical, Scheduling, and Marketing Teams to facilitate the administration of ABA services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Admin. in day-to-day responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Valley Village office
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and general maintenance of the office
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Support arts & crafts projects
  • Deliveries to staff and clients
  • Prioritizes requests from the owners, and manages multiple scheduling demands in a timely manner
  • Itemize inventory and keep materials in the office organized
  • Help with marketing and ordering supplies
  • Creating Swag Bags for new hires
  • Disinfecting clinic
  • Assist with company events organization
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Physical Requirements:

As some active and physical tasks may be required to complete necessary job duties, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, run, and speak articulately in English in order to effectively perform in this position.

Location: Valley Village, CA

Candidates should be located in neighboring cities (Studio City, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Valley Glen, etc.)
