Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Parking Manager to lead our parking operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily parking activities, ensure smooth vehicle flow, and deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors. Your leadership will help create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, fostering positive experiences for guests and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
  • Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions
  • Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering duties and accurate transaction recording
  • Maintain clear communication with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly
  • Monitor parking lot conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the area remains secure
  • Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards
  • Implement retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports

Experience
  • Experience in parking management roles
  • Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience operating various vehicle types is a plus
