What You'll Do

  • Participate in all parking enforcement activities, including event staffing.
  • Supervise a small staff of parking enforcement team members, including preparing schedules, coordinating supplies, and responding to questions.
  • Provide customer service to parking enforcement questions, including answering emails and voice messages.
  • Assist company with booting and towing operations, including vendor coordination and release procedures
  • Assist with hiring and training of enforcement staff on protocols, documentation, and enforcement handhelds


What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in parking enforcement, security, or a related field
  • Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
