Job description

Job Details:
  • Receiving packages as they arrive including open, inspect and verify paperwork to product.
  • Data Entry of all orders and purchase orders into the system.
  • Create “traveler” paperwork to follow the job from start to finish.
  • Forward job to the correct department.
  • Required to keep up with the shipping of 30 to 50 UPS packages a day.
  • Relaying information to customers about the status of their orders including when it will ship and any tracking information for the shipment. 
  • Good communication skills with other departments to keep jobs flowing thru the production line.
  • Responsible for shipping all jobs that have the proper paperwork making certain that the ship to address on the paperwork is the same as the ship to address on the computer paperwork. 
  • Verify that the product received back to ship out matches the paperwork and contains the correct quantity.
  • Prepare Invoicing and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist with packaging of products to meet deadlines if required.
