Paperwork/Billing Clerk- Oilfield Services
Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities
  • Collect paperwork to initiate billing cycle
  • Organize and sort paperwork
  • Verify and validate data
  • Input fuel data from paperwork into SAP for billing
  • Cross train in billing and customer service
  • Maintain and handle a group e-mail box
  • Maintain Group Spreadsheets
  • Monitor and follow up on paperwork email correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and management
  • Research to resolve paperwork issues
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
  • Reside withing reasonable commuting distance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and effective time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment
