Job description

This is a PART TIME opportunity on our team 2-3 days during the week from 2:00PM-8:00PM and every other Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm.
This position will serve the Sales & Parts Departments and must be able to work independently on the weekends in our front office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Filing & scanning needs of Sales paperwork & title documents
  • Assist the Controller with various clerical duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
