Job description

Job Title

Start Date: 7/1/2026 End Date: 6/30/2027 Number of Positions: 2 Hours per Week: 20 hrs/wk each student Weekends Required: Occasionally Evenings Required: Some evenings, but mostly the student can make their own schedule

Supervisor: Susan Schuster-Bacon Alternate Supervisor: Jill Howe-Vercos

This position allows for remote work Yes/No: Yes Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): Close to 100%. It is mostly computer and organizational work Method to assess remote work: I will make a list of job requirements. It is mostly remote paperwork, so I will see if it is completed.

Job Description

The student will assist the director in keeping track of forms and records for the supervisors and graduate students who are trainees (10 hours), send out forms and reminders (2 hours), organize paperwork into folders (2 hours), input information into the EHR (2 hours), respond to student/trainee questions (1 hour), attend Orientation and Informational Meeting each quarter (1 hour), plan speakers for training (1 hour), support supervisors with paperwork, questions, etc. (1 hour)

Qualifications

Good computer skills; good organizational skills; flexible hours. Preferred, a graduate student in psychology, but not absolutely necessary.
