• Deliver therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and effective tracking of treatment progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals in regular case consultations to discuss complex cases and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective treatment adjustments to meet client needs while upholding ethical responsibilities based on your professional licensing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
