• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring a tailored approach to their needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the overall mental health needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of care.
• Stay current with research and advancements in mental health by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities, enriching both your skills and client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during difficult times.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Serene Mindscape Wellness, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and more. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years' experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.
