Serene Mindscape Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting approaches based on client progress.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address diverse client needs.
• Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations using our electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in mental health, attending relevant workshops and training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve at Serene Mindscape Wellness may experience a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Our licensed professional counselors must be adept at tailoring their therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of diverse clients from various backgrounds, ensuring respectful and inclusive support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and foster trust.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and related software for documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

We highly value specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, couples counseling, or family therapy. Candidates with experience in working with diverse populations, including underserved communities, will be particularly well-suited to our mission. Additionally, fluency in languages other than English can be an asset in providing inclusive care.

Compensation and Benefits

Serene Mindscape Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon case load and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and administrative support for billing and paperwork to allow you to focus on client care.
