• Conduct thorough individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to establish effective treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Facilitate the development of essential coping and social skills, focusing on anger management and strategies to mitigate risk behaviors, such as self-injury or physical aggression.
• Work alongside clients and their caretakers to enhance decision-making skills and manage in-home behavioral challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, submitted in a timely manner to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and submit weekly paperwork to ensure continuity of care and shared knowledge among staff.

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse array of adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. By providing empathetic, culturally competent care, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of your clients, helping them to navigate personal struggles and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or equivalent fields with relevant licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Comprehensive clinical mental health training that prepares you to work competently with adult clients.
• Post-internship field experience in clinical settings with adults is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in creating detailed treatment plans, goal-setting, and maintaining progress notes and initial assessments.
• Knowledge of various counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma response models.
• Experience with the DSM-V for assessments and diagnosis, ensuring accurate and timely clinical evaluations.
• Skills in providing positive behavior support to enhance client outcomes.
• Submission of a resume, along with copies of your master’s degree and relevant licensing documents.

• Prior experience in a remote work environment is beneficial, providing you the skill set needed to thrive as a practitioner in a digital health space.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention training enhances your effectiveness in dealing with acute situations that may arise during sessions.
