    HKG Duty Free – Austin International Airport | Austin, TX
    HKG Duty Free is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team at Austin Airport. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is comfortable handling cash and transactions, and can thrive in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
    Responsibilities
  • Greet all walk-in customers promptly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with customers and coworkers.
  • Operate and balance the cash drawer and complete required transaction paperwork.
  • Finalize sales tickets and ensure all credit card and financial transactions are completed accurately.
  • Organize and file daily sales paperwork.
  • Review transfer and distribution documents for accuracy and completeness and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Assist with training team members on computer programs and proper paperwork procedures.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with general store cleaning, including vacuuming and dusting, as needed.
  • Assist with unloading stock deliveries as scheduled and directed.
  • Follow safe work practices to help prevent injuries and protect products and property.


Qualifications
