NEOGOV is seeking a Ballot Tech to support election processes in Travis County. This seasonal position involves preparing and testing election equipment, reviewing paperwork for accuracy, and providing technical support during voting hours.
Responsibilities:
• prepares and tests election equipment
• reviews incoming paperwork from polling locations for accuracy
• monitors live updates during voting hours
• provides technical support over the phone
• accurately complete paperwork
• present oneself in a professional manner
• dress appropriately for the work environment such as wearing closed-toed shoes
• must be available to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends
• must pass a criminal background check
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have strong customer service skills and organization.
