SUGARED + BRONZED has redefined airbrush tanning with a proprietary solution and reintroduced an all-natural, ancient Egyptian method of hair removal called sugaring. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional services in vibrant, welcoming spaces that elevate your experience and brighten your day.

We will teach you our airbrush tanning technique through a structured paid training program. YOUR DAY TO DAY
Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
SPRAYER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform airbrush tanning services.
  • Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
  • Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
  • Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
  • Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
  • Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
