What does a Paid Ads Manager do?

A Paid Ads Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels. Job description

Company: HighKey Agency
Location: Remote
Compensation: $30/hr - $45/hr + Performance-Based Incentives + Commission
About HighKey
HighKey Agency is the elite digital branding partner for top-tier aesthetic clinic owners.
We specialize in turning practices into iconic market leaders through social media virality, PR authority, and direct advertising strategies that actually convert.
The Role
We are looking for paid media specialists who think like creators first, and ad buyers second.
This is for you if you can script viral-style videos and direct shoots, translate trends into high-performing ad creatives, and manage budgets and targeting.
What You'll Own
  • Creative Ad Direction: Write viral ad scripts and storyboard concepts, and collaborate with our film team to produce scroll-stopping videos.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google, but with a creative-first mindset.
  • Performance Iteration: Test creative variations rapidly, identify winners, and double down on what works.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with social managers to repurpose viral content into ads and vice versa.
  • Client Impact: Be the face of results, translate performance into clear ROI for elite clinic owners.

You Are a Fit If...
  • You can point to ads (or viral videos) you scripted or directed that cracked 100k+ views or generated real conversions.
  • You're obsessed with short-form content psychology. What hooks attention, what holds it, and what converts.
  • You've run paid campaigns before (Meta/TikTok/Google), but you know the edge is always in creative, not targeting.
  • You thrive under pressure, juggle multiple accounts, and hit deadlines without excuses.
  • You want to win, and you don't care how many iterations it takes to get there.

What Success Looks Like
  • At 90 days: You've launched multiple high-performing viral creatives, generated clear wins for client ad accounts, and proven you can script/produce viral-level content.
  • At 6 months, you've built a repeatable system for ad creative ideation → production → testing, setting the bar inside the organization for speed and performance.

Perks & Culture
  • Commission upside on accounts you help scale.
  • Performance bonuses for breakout campaigns.
  • Elite mentorship from HighKey execs.
  • Minimal micromanagement. We hire creators who lead.
  • Rapid growth track into senior creative/ad strategist roles.
  • All-in team culture: speed, excellence, and impact.

How to Apply
  • Send your resume + a portfolio of ads or viral videos you've scripted/directed.
  • Show us you know how to make content work.
