Team Leader in NPH Sanitation
The Team Leader in NPH Sanitation must have excellent interpersonal skills. This position involves working in and promoting a team environment; communicate and monitor processes to maintain sanitation quality standards; train and document employee activities/performance as required. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records; insure a safe and sanitary working environment; communicate any sanitation issues to supervisor in a timely manner; report damage, unsafe/unusual conditions of materials, ingredients or equipment to supervisor; follow all safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, occasional fumes and varying production and cold storage.
Work performed will be in a production environment with possible exposure to food allergens, dust, varying temperatures, loud noise level and occasional fumes and chemicals.
Must be flexible with regard to job assignments as days, hours and support tasks may vary depending on production needs. Weekends and overtime may be required.
