Position Overview:

Oliver Inc. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Feeder Packer / Packaging Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will support our production operations by feeding materials into gluing machinery, inspecting finished products, and ensuring high-quality packaging standards are met.

SHIFT: 2nd (3-11:30pm)

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Feeder Packer/ Packaging Production Associates, you will:

  • Feed stacks of flat cartons into gluing machinery in proper alignment
  • Monitor machinery and assist with efficient production flow
  • Inspect products for defects including damage, blemishes, off-color, and glue inconsistencies
  • Catch, remove, and evaluate glued product as it exits machinery
  • Pack finished products into corrugated cartons according to specifications
  • Seal cartons using automatic tape dispensing equipment
  • Perform line clearance procedures to prevent product mix-ups
  • Identify and communicate any glue defects or quality concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
  • Rework or repair products that do not meet quality standards
  • Assemble corrugated cartons as needed
  • Apply shipping labels and tags to completed cartons
