Customer Relations / Packaging

We're looking for a dependable, people-focused team member to welcome guests, guide them through our decadent Belgian chocolate offerings, package custom orders, and operate the register. When not assisting customers, you'll help with chocolate packaging, restocking, and keeping the store and kitchen sparkling clean.

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and trustworthy
  • Skilled with money handling and basic computer tasks
  • Enjoys being crafty - you will have to tie many ribbons!
  • Likes creating a warm, memorable customer experience
  • Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Schedule: Part-time shifts available, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Consistent availability is preferred. We are also looking for evening availability to work concerts at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater!
