What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Packaging sales experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience selling corrugated, paper, flexible packaging, industrial packaging, janitorial/sanitation, safety products, or related products

Also Considered

  • Proven outside B2B industrial sales experience
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory

Compensation

Rookie Program

  • $84,000 annual base salary for up to 18 months
  • Option to transition to commission sooner if desired
  • Structured onboarding and support to build your territory

After the Rookie Program

  • Transition to an uncapped commission plan with significant earning potential based on performance
