  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, safety standards, company policies, and export control regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of working hands-on with safety-critical systems, mechanical assemblies, or heavy equipment.
  • Experience with medium to high volume manufacturing.
  • Experience with kit staging, packing, and outbound logistics processes.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and similar scheduling software.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to develop and maintain program schedules.
  • Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) system.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in coding and computer applications (e.g. MS Office Suite, VBA, Smartsheet, SQL, Python, Confluence, JIRA, Power BI, etc.).
