Job Objective: Operate complex machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently, while delivering quality products for our customers.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and operate the assigned machine for production runs, which includes setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machine settings to meet specific product requirements.
  • Load and unload materials into assigned machine, such as lumber, corrugated, and/or foam.
  • Identifying and resolving any mechanical or operational issues that may arise during production.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns, including replacing expendable tooling.
  • Perform and document quality checks to identify defects and ensure the finished product meets print requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and monitor all work processes to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assisting in training new operators and providing support as needed.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production numbers, inventory of materials, and any issues encountered.
  • Report any safety, production, quality, or machine issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
