Job description

Job Title: Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator or Machine Operator assembles, kits, and packages products while operating packaging machinery. This role focuses on accurate packaging, consistent visual quality inspections. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can stay focused in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Assemble, kit, and pack products according to established procedures and work instructions.

· Package products at different workstations while maintaining consistent speed and accuracy.

· Operate packaging machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.

· Set up, monitor, and adjust packaging lines and machines as needed to maintain smooth production flow.

· Sort and scan materials to ensure proper identification, traceability, and inventory control.

Schedule & Pay

· A Shift ($20.50/hr): Sunday - Tuesday (every other Wednesday) 6:00am - 6:00pm 

· B Shift ($21.50/hr): Sunday - Tuesday (every other Saturday) 6:00pm - 6:00am

· C Shift ($20.50/hr): Thursday - Saturday (every other Wednesday) 6:00am - 6:00pm

· D Shift ($21.50/hr): Wednesday - Friday (every other Saturday) 6:00pm - 6:00am 

Work Environment

It is a clean manufacturing facility and climate controlled, very comfortable work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
