Job Title: First Shift Processing & Packing Team Member
Location: Raymond, Ohio (serving Raymond / West Mansfield area)

Nature Pure LLC is a family-owned and operated egg farm located in Raymond, Ohio. We take pride in producing high-quality eggs while maintaining a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment.

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a First Shift Processing & Packing Team Member to join our team. This role supports daily egg processing operations and plays a key part in maintaining product quality and efficiency.

Pay

$15/hour

Schedule

  • First Shift: 5-6 days a week, 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM, M-F with one weekend day.
  • 40-55 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack eggs according to company standards
  • Ensure date codes are correct and clearly legible
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Remove under-grade product from the processing line
  • Stack pallets safely and accurately
  • Assist team members as needed throughout the shift
  • Perform daily cleaning of equipment, building, and premises
  • Complete required documentation and recordkeeping

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual Spanish and English skill is a plus
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Ability to commute to the Raymond / West Mansfield area
  • Work authorization required (Nature Pure is an E-Verify employer)
