Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to join our warehouse production team. In this role, you will work on an active assembly line to gather, organize, and pack multiple component parts into finalized, ready-to-ship kits.
1st and 3rd shifts available:
1st - M-F - 7am-3:30pm - $13.50 per hour
3rd - M-TH - 8pm-6:30am - $14

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line Assembly: Assemble boxes and displays
  • Quality Control: Inspect boxes for damage or defects before placing them into final packaging.
  • Component Verification: Verify display is packed with correct materials
  • Pacing & Speed: Maintain the target production speed of the assembly line without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Inventory: Report low stock levels or missing components to the line supervisor immediately.
  • Palletizing & Staging: Stack finished kits onto pallets, wrap them securely, and move them to staging areas.
  • Workplace Safety: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent workplace hazards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: No experience required! Must be 18 to apply.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small differences in product numbers, labels, and colors quickly.
  • Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods (8–10 hours) and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Strength: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull warehouse items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Tools: Comfort using basic hand tools, tape guns
  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with line partners and supervisors.
