Packaging Associate

1st shift - Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

The Packaging Associate is responsible for the inspection, packaging, labeling, and preparation of dental products. This position ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.

What You'll Do:

  • Package dental products, components, and devices according to approved work instructions and specifications.
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, proper labeling, and packaging integrity.
  • Operate packaging equipment and related production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble packaging materials, including pouches, trays, cartons, labels, and inserts.
  • Verify product counts, lot numbers, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy.
  • Complete required documentation, production records, and quality control forms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and packaging areas.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or non-conforming products to supervisors.
  • Support inventory management by accurately tracking materials and finished goods.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
