Job description


We are seeking a responsible and student-focused Full-Time Boarding Assistant to support daily life in a girls' residence hall at an international boarding school. This live-in role is responsible for supervising high school students (grades 9-12) and maintaining a safe, supportive dormitory environment.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during evenings, mornings, weekends, and on-call hours
  • Enforce residence policies and ensure student safety
  • Provide guidance and support to students
  • Assist during exam periods and selected school holidays
Schedule
4-6 days per week while school is in session, including rotating weekends and on-call overnight duty. Long paid breaks during summer and winter.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with youth or residential supervision preferred
  • CPR/First Aid a plus (training available)
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • JET program exp. is a plus.
