What are some common challenges faced by an Outside Sales Representative Trainee, and how can they be overcome?

As an Outside Sales Representative Trainee, one of the main challenges is building a customer base from scratch while learning to navigate different sales territories. It can also be difficult to manage time effectively between prospecting, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
