Key Deliverables
1.Annual Revenue: Achieve $10M annual sales target through teamcoordination, goal setting, and adherence to SOPs.
2.Closing Rate: Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 30% across all deals.
3.Job Size: Ensure average job size remains at $18,000 or above.
4.Organic Sales: Generate at least $3M in organic sales(self-generated and referral).
5.Training & Professional Development: Support Sales Teamcompetency, maintaining an average score of 3/5 on Competency Modelsthrough coaching and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
1.Revenue Goals:
  • Setand monitor weekly targets for each Project Consultant in theirGoal Setting and Review (GSR) meetings.
  • Manageproject software to ensure all information is accurately trackedand available throughout the process.
  • Confirmeach Project Consultant promotes financing and upgrades forevery job.

2.Sales Team Management:
  • Train,onboard, and provide ongoing one-on-one support to Sales Team members.
  • Overseethe Sales Team's adherence to sales goals and SOPs.
  • Monitorand coach team performance, following escalation guidelines forunder performers, including warnings and potential terminations.

3.Client and Project Management:
  • Ensureeach Project Consultant schedules a minimum of 2 hours weeklyfor follow-ups with past clients and maintains regular outreachto potential clients and neighbors at appointments.
  • Reviewold estimates and develop strategies to convert pending projects.

4.Professional Development:
  • Conductregular training, team meetings, and GSR meetings to addressknowledge gaps and enhance performance.
  • Upholdcompany values, fostering a positive and supportive companyculture through mentorship and accountability.
  • Maintainown professional development through technical courses, industrymemberships, and ongoing competency assessment.

5.Reporting and Documentation:
  • Overseeand document all client interactions, sales activities, andneighbor referrals within the CRM.
  • Trackteam performance and continuously seek opportunities to refinesales strategies and improve conversion rates.
