Job description

Innovate Remotely

This position is fully remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with skilled team members and contributing to groundbreaking solutions.

The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for leading a high performing team of National Account Managers to effectively manage accounts by achieving sales goals, anticipating trends in customer growth and satisfaction, and serving as subject-matter experts relative to respective customer verticals. This role provides oversight of the buildout, execution, and maintenance of strategic plans necessary to ensure organic sales growth and customer relationship progression. In addition, the Senior National Account Manager works with key customer stakeholders and cross-functional internal partners to support customer strategy.

Essential Functions:
• Leads a team of National Account Managers, assuming all responsibility associated with people leader activities inclusive of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Oversees the relationship management of National direct spend clients, associations, and/or GPOs to ensure customer satisfaction and that internal key performance indicators are achieved.
• Responsible for stimulating strategy creation and sustainability necessary to grow new business either with existing customer or new customer relationships.
• Utilizes targeted marketing initiatives and established field sales partnerships to effectively service strategic accounts.
• Maintains cognizance of and necessary commitment to field sales partners at all levels.
• Partners with Lowe’s Legal resources to mitigate risk in the development and execution of contractual agreements for strategic accounts.
• Networks effectively throughout the organization to establish necessary cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience  in outside sales, government, national, account-selling; people-leadership
• Knowledge of contractual agreements
Preferences:
• MBA or an advanced degree in a related field

Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $164,000.00 annually
