Assistant Manager

This position requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older. The Assistant Manager role carries significant responsibilities crucial to the efficient operation of our establishment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate all store equipment with utmost care and adherence to safety protocols.
  2. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage stock, including the transfer of ingredients from delivery areas to appropriate storage locations, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
  3. Product Preparation: Oversee and participate in the meticulous preparation of products, ensuring consistency and quality.
  4. Order Processing: Receive and accurately process telephone orders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  5. Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and complete associated documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  6. Facility Maintenance: Supervise and participate in the thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities on a daily basis, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  7. Training and Orientation: Assist in providing comprehensive on-the-job training and orientation to new team members.
  8. Communication: Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers, ensuring accurate order processing both over the phone and in person.
  9. Mathematical Proficiency: Exhibit strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately. Demonstrate competence in handling monetary transactions and providing correct change.
