Compensation: Starting pay rate of $61,000-76,000/yr + three performance bonuses a year!

We are looking for an individual with an ability to motivate and engage employees to contribute at a high-level, managing successful customer transactions. The ideal candidate must possess a high level of energy, the skills to properly sequence competing priorities, and have a sense of urgency to accomplish the Company goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The winning candidate will serve as a coach, trainer, and leader to a skilled team of 4-6 personnel at current state, executing actions generally associated with customer order fulfillment and help desk functions. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of customer data and accurate data entry in company software
  • Ensure order quotations are completed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
  • Coordinate production and procurement with Operations personnel and outside vendors
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees to function effectively and cooperatively with internal and external customers
  • Provide consistent feedback to the team and individuals; serve as a coach and mentor
  • Work with management and company leadership to set and carry out objectives and goals

  • Ensure adherence of company policies and standards.


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Proficiency in basic information technology tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience preferred.
  • Sales leadership experience; preferably in an inside sales/quoting operations environment preferred.
  • Experience in industrial distribution, fastener, or power transmission segments desired.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems desired.


Work Environment: This is an Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented sales staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced customer focused sales environment.
