Job description

Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the company's paid and organic social media strategy to grow brand awareness, increase community engagement, drive website traffic, and increase online sales. As a pivotal member of the team, you will help support and plan our social media content calendar, create and develop data-based reporting, manage and develop post copy and captions, and collaborate with members of the broader E-Commerce and Brand Teams. You will report to the Senior DTC and Social Marketing Manager.
You Will:
  • Plan, create, edit, and share video content on all social media platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok/TikTok Shop.
  • Develop and create engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for competitor trends.
  • Build, monitor, and maintain brand presence across social media profiles and other digital platforms.
  • Manage, monitor, create and measure performance of organic and paid campaigns for all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media giveaways and contests.
  • Analyze data and report on marketing KPIs: leads, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
  • Define content strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Track advertising cost, measuring performance of campaigns, monitoring budget distribution.
  • Write, publish, and analyze press releases.
  • Work in tandem with various account managers to create content plans for promotions, product launches, sales, etc.
  • Monitor and manage customer interactions on social media accounts including comments, inquiries, and messages.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and implementing new review getting tactics.
  • Write and review blog content or other types of web content including case studies, white papers, and infographics.
  • Build and maintain analytic spreadsheets/reporting and presenting findings.
You Have:
  • Passion for all social media marketing and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools..
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media activity.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier) a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Good interpersonal skills: must have the ability to develop good relationships.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required; employer sponsorship for employment-based visa status is not available for this position.
