We are seeking a dependable and detail-orientedWarehouse, Shipping & Receiving Associateto join a growing aerospace manufacturing company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and material movement throughout the warehouse. Work Hours:Monday – Friday,6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, packaging products, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing outbound shipments, and distributing materials throughout the facility. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as the products support the aerospace industry.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
  • Count and verify parts for inventory accuracy
  • Box, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Create and apply shipping tags and labels
  • Receive and process incoming UPS, FedEx, and other deliveries
  • Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment, including forklifts when applicable
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork
  • Distribute materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong math and counting abilities
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to40 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
